Before you ask
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial starts when you sign up and asks for nothing. You only enter a card if you decide to subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven’t subscribed, you keep the A1 course, your drills, your words, your streak and the reading and listening days. Speaking and writing wait for you.
If I subscribe during the trial, do I lose the free days?
No. Your first payment is on the day your trial would have ended.
How do I cancel?
In settings, in two clicks. No email, no form. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my words if I stop?
Nothing. Your words, progress and anything you bought stay in your account, ready when you come back.
Is there a discount?
